I need to return an item. What do I do?

All items returned to Stoelting Co. must be accompanied by a completed Repair and Equipment Decontamination form. You can access these forms here. Any merchandise that does not include either of these forms will be returned to the sender. A restocking fee may be applied to all returned merchandise at the discretion of Stoelting Co. Below for packing and shipping instructions:

General Packing Information: Please pack the instrument (s) carefully, complete with all components in the original packaging box. Carefully wrap the instrument in bubble wrap or other protective packaging. If original packaging is not available, put wrapped instrument in an adequately large box and fill with packing peanuts, bubble wrap or similar packaging material. The instrument and any components should be tightly packed in the box, preventing damage during shipping. Stoelting Co. will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs due to inadequate packing.

What is Stoelting’s Warranty Policy?

Stoelting Co. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one-year from the date of shipment. For warranty repairs, please include a copy of your original invoice. Non-warranty repairs will incur a minimum cost of $75.00 + shipping; non-warranty repairs for stereotaxic instruments will incur a minimum cost of $300.00/arm. If repair costs exceed these amounts, you will be emailed a quote prior to initiation of the repair. Repair costs can be paid by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, bank transfer or purchase order (PO). Most repairs will take 10-14 business days from the time the item was received.

Why can’t I see pricing?

You need to be logged in to see prices. If you’ve not yet created an account you’ll need to do this first. Once you’re logged in you’ll not only be able to see prices you’ll also be able to generate your own quotes and place orders.

What’s the easiest way to get help with ANY-maze?
