Returns

Stoelting will accept unused items for return or exchange within 30 days of shipment. Please note that custom products or products identified with an “NS” cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender, unless the return is due to an error by Stoelting.

 

Repairs

Stoelting will provide repair and calibration services for most products (contact returns@stoeltingco.com for more information). All products are covered under warranty for a period of one year from the date of shipment. If an item is no longer covered under warranty, a quote will be provided for the repair cost. All shipping charges for non-warranty repairs are at the responsibility of the customer.

All returns and repairs require a return materials authorization (RMA) supplied from Stoelting. Please contact returns@stoeltingco.com to request an authorization form.
